They are also delicious made miniature and eaten as breakfast sausage patties alongside a sunny-side-up egg and hash browns. I guarantee you’ll be going back for seconds! Turkey Avocado BurgersServings: 6 Time: 20 minutes Difficulty: Easy Ingredients 1 pound ground turkey* 1 large avocado, cut into chunks 1 clove minced garlic 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs/almond meal OR 1 egg** 1 jalapeno, minced*** 1 small diced onion 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Directions
